Pi Network Has not Authorized Any Exchange Listing: Pi is in its Enclosed Mainnet

The pi core team has apparently expressed dissatisfaction over listing of pi on exchanges and has called on the ebullient community to discountenance any attempt to associate pi either with cex or dex as pi is sill in its enclosed mainnet phase.

However, this is a wake up call to all and sundry as there are many bad actors who aimed to mislead pioneers for egocentric gains. Pi network is a community centred project with a view to give every individual opportunity to be involved in a secured and discentralised digital economy and pioneers must always rise to the occasion of defending the eco system from those who feel threatened as result of the exponential growth of the eco system becoming the largest blockchain network in the world. This feat has been made possible through its simplistic approach to mining crytocurrency as pi is always free to mine on mobile, putting power in the hands of people worldwide for a fairer, more distributed crypto.

Pi Network differs from many other cryptocurrencies in that it employs a proprietary mechanism known as the Stellar Consensus protocol (SCP) which enables users to receive benefits for their participation in the network. However, Pi Network core team issued a memo warning against the listing of its token on  exchanges,  tweeting that it hadn’t “authorised any exchange listing” as of 29 December 2022 and has repeated reiterated its stance on purported listing.

Therefore as preparation for open mainnet thickens, pioneers must be wary of individuals  hellbent to steal your assets,have access to your wallet and make your effort futile while noting that  Buying and selling of pi is prohibited and defaulters will not go unpunished.
