The time is now! Remember, the Pi Network has announced its intention to transition to the Open Network phase of Mainnet in 2024, provided that three specific conditions are met. These conditions include completing preparatory work in technology, product, business, and legal areas, achieving goals in network KYC, migration, and utility creation, and reaching a critical mass of KYC identity-verified Pioneers on the Mainnet blockchain.

As of now, there is no specific launch date set for the Open Network. The Pi Network team is working towards meeting the necessary milestones, which are detailed in their V2 Roadmap. The roadmap includes technical and product milestones, as well as objectives for the community to achieve within the year of 2024.
